Course Description This Paper Art course explores the artistic use of paper as an autonomous creative medium. We will examine paper as a material with its specific characteristics and explore the diverse possibilities of paper processing and design. From folding, cutting, embossing, collage, weaving, gluing, tearing, threading, and crumpling, we'll delve into sculptural work. We will also explore the world of papermaking. From learning the fundamentals to free experimentation with materials and techniques, we will develop our own artistic expressions. The course provides a foundation for the (further) development of your own artistic practice and is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

The course language is German. Courses are for ages 16 and up.

Children and animals are not permitted.

2023 / 2025        Lecturer in Painting at the Paderborn Summer Academy. Lives and works in Hanau and Offenbach.
