EARLY BOOKING PRICE WHO COMES FIRST, SAVES MONEY
For many years we have been offering you high-quality courses for little money. In the future, you can support us and save money yourself by booking with us in good time so that the course attendance can be planned even better.
Anyone who makes a binding booking by March 31, 2027 (date of postmark) will receive the favorable early bird prices specified in the program booklet.
Registration closes on Wednesday, June 30th, 2027.
Discounts:
Students and severely disabled people please submit their valid proof of discount with the registration. Students are also welcome to register early. Please note that your registration is only binding once you have submitted your valid student ID for the summer semester of 2027. You will then receive a registration confirmation with a request for payment. The deadline for submitting the student ID (please send an email to sommerakademie@neuburg-donau.de) is June 15, 2027 at the latest.
This is new:
Tickets for the lecturers' concerts and the Biagio-Marini-Competition are included in the course fee. To receive your ticket, you must collect it from the tourist information office by presenting your participant ID.
WITHDRAWAL FROM COURSES
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you must inform the Academy in writing. Depending on when your withdrawal is received, the following cancellation charges apply:
From 1 February to 1 April 2027
- 40 euros cancellation charge
From 2 April to 30 June 2027
- 80 euros cancellation charge
For cancellations after 30th June 2027, the full course fee will be charged. Cancellation fees also apply if you have not received confirmation of the course registration from us. If you, as a participant, cancel a course early, there is no right to repayment of the course fee or a proportionate amount thereof.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
If there is an insufficient number of participants, the Academy may cancel a course at any time. If the course fee has already been paid at this point, it will be refunded but no further claims can be made. The announcement of a course with a named instructor only reflects the status of planning. There is no entitlement to take part with the named instructor. The Academy reserves the right to appoint a replacement instructor if required (e.g. in case of illness). Even if you have registered in a binding manner and have not received confirmation from us, your registration remains valid.
INSURANCE
The Academy is not liable for any accidents, thefts or damage of any kind that may occur during or outside the courses.
CONDITIONS OF STUDY
Many of our course rooms are in historic buildings, so unfortunately not all studios and rehearsal rooms are suitable for persons with limited mobility. To find out if a course room is suitable for you, please contact Marina Gloßner (telephone number +49 8431 55-234) before booking.
The bringing of pets (except guide dogs) is prohibited in the premises of the Summer Academy. Entering the premises is only allowed to participants and employees of the Summer Academy. Family members, visitors and other external persons may enter the premises only with the prior approval of the Academy. The furnishing of studios and music rooms is available to participants as far as possible on loan and free of charge, with care being requested.
IMAGE RECORDING
When you register as a participant for a course at the Summer Academy, you agree that images of your person can be made during events at the Neuburg Summer Academy and that such images may be used and published for the purposes of public reporting. If you are not in agreement with the production and use of such images, please send us a written objection.
